It's That Time of Year Again!
It was a great joy to get away for a few days and celebrate Thanksgiving with family. My family and I have much to be thankful for and we celebrated accordingly. With the leaving behind of Thanksgiving means that the busiest time of year is upon us. I am reminded this time of year the song “Silver Bells”,
City sidewalks, busy sidewalks
Dressed in holiday style
In the air there's a feeling of Christmas
Children laughing, people passing
Meeting smile after smile
And on every street corner you'll hear
Silver bells.
I hope for you and your family this Christmas you will allow the “busy sidewalks” and “people passing” put a smile on your face and not the stern look of stress. Keep Jesus as the center of Christmas and you will find joy in the midst of the rush around you.
With the Christmas season comes a time that me and my family look forward to every year. Our Christmas Open House is December 8 from 1-4. This is our Christmas present to you. We will have lots of Christmas candies, fudge and other favorites. Come fellowship with us. It is come and go, so if you can only make it for a few short minutes we would still love for you to come. May God bless you and your family this holiday season as we celebrate the Greatest Gift from the Greatest Gift Giver.
